estepona tax office

Hello my name is Jeff. I own 2 apartments in Calanova Grand Golf. Both ground floor, 1 in block 6 and 1 in block 15.  I am intending to sell the one in Block 6 or should I say give it away as soon as I can. I am going to advertise it in the property section as soon as possible so take a look. I would like to chat with any other owners to exchange information etc. I plan to go out to the apartments on 14th June for 2 weeks. If I can be of any assistance to other owners in any way while I am there, please let me know. I would also like to know what the community charges are if anyone knows yet.
This is the first time I have used a forum and I am not sure how to go on.

Hi Jeff

We are an Irish couple, Joe & Helen who have bought in Block 8, 2nd floor. Completed in April and are in the middle of getting the snagging done. Will be out on the 20th June for 10 days. Have two 18yr old boys (twins) so if you see us around make yourself known !!!

We too have a lot to learn yet - don't know the community fees although as you see from this site at least one person does but I can't get a reply from him/her.
