Thought you might wish to see the updated website - works seem to be moving apace. Also news of the planned road by-pass of Sangonera la Verde and the new Commercial center in El Palmer.

I have just found out that approximately two phases have been completely redesigned and are now going to be large villas. These villas have been bought totally by a massive large Russian contingent. I don't know if this is good news or not?

I've been told that completion will be between october and december this year for all phase 4 and 1, including pools and massive green area that's been built behing m1 , 30.000m2 which is going to have two big playgrounds for children and some walkways ... fantastic,

Was up at Frondoso last week. No mention of what you say but two areas as you mention have been sold - one is for a few large villas (number of houses was small either at m11 or m12, it can be seen in the model in the show house) M10 has been sold to a cooperative of doctors who have joined together to build there own development of "affordable" homes, I was lead to believe it was doctors at the local arrixca hospital. Otherwise things are looking good at Torre Guil. Houses are moving on a pace m4 (our phase) are being tiled and plastered, aiming for completion before xmas 2008, other phases due for completion in spring next year.
