Process of building a property in Spain: Rustic land (rural land)

I found this web site very informative.  Some of the info may be lost in translation however, it gives a good insight into what to look out for when building or indeed buying in spain.  It lists the documents needed to ensure that your build is legal and why some properties are paying IBI taxes but do not have the all important  License of first Occupation.  The Andalucian Parliament is now requesting that properties produce this all important certificate as part proof of it's legality to occupy the property. It states the difference between a property as a building (a construction, house) and a property as a habitable home.  Hope you find this article useful as part of the long journey in the understanding of how things work here in spain.  I wish I had seen this article before I decided to buy here in spain.
