Unfortunately I have to agree with you arky25.  If only Fernando Torres was fit and playing well, the way David Villa is playing,  I would feel more confident.  I'm not sure that Villa on his own can beat the Germany we have seen so far.  I am delighted though that España have reached their first World Cup semi-final and would love them to go further.....

I hate to say I told you so but ,it's very nearly like I TOLD YOU SO  :-

Only Uruguay could upset my apple cart and Spain have improved a bit.  However, I still think this World Cup is going to Germany.

Yeah, I fancy the Germans as well.  I backed them at 15-1 before the tournament started, so they're my second team after England.

My bet on Germany is looking good, but I'm a bit worried because the Octopus has predicted a Spain win tomorrow night.

World Cup conspiracy!

Brazil won the world cup in 1994 & 1970 (1994 + 1970 = 3964)

AND Brazil won the world cup in 1962 & 2002 (1962 + 2002 + 3964)

Argentina won the world cup in 1986 & 1978 (1986 + 1978 = 3964)

Germany won the world cup in 1974 & 1990 (1974 + 1990 = 3964)

So, the world cup equation is this: 3964 - 2010 = 1954

As Germany won it in 1954, they will win it again in 2010
