Estate Agent in Cordoba?

Hello everybody.
A friend of mine has inherited an apartment in Cordoba but has no use for it since he is living overseas. Would someone be able to recommend a good agent who could take on the apartment either for selling or renting out?

Hi.
Sorry about the late reply, I was in Spain in the last couple of weeks and am only just back. My friends apartment is actually in Medina Azahara close to the ruins.
