As usual, it seems that the Torresat system is down over holiday period and no recovery available so we just carry on paying but without a service. Only a few channels available, and some of those freeze all the time.
No point contacting Torresat, they don't reply to emails, don't answer the phone, and if you go to their office you wait all day in a Q. Probably the worst company you could ever do business with. They just don't care about losing a client, just as well as i'm off. Had enough.
