Hi All

Having an apartment on UGR La Tercia, we bought with a view to holiday rentals and private use.  We are having real difficulties finding agents/sources of holiday or long term rentals. We wondered if there is really little/no demand and/or too much supply.....?

Does anybody know of good agents for our property either as holiday lets or long term, good forms of advertising/marketing channels?

Are you better to deal with spanish agents or UK?

Are there particular countries/clientele still visiting the Murcia region in numbers?

Any help, feedback and comments would be really appreciated !

Kind regards

Leigh
