Public Liability Insurance for Building Company

Can anybody recommend a good public liability insurance provider in Spain. My boss is changing to S.L and needs to have public liability insurance which should be easy to sort out, but the few companies I have contacted today were out of the office (well it was after 2pm.....but they don't seem to return in the insurance broker sector of Spain! I never cease to be surprised by how Spain works or rather does not work even though I have been here now 3 years!)
Please help as I would like to get this in place as quickly as possible and as of yet I don't even have ONE quote! Any feedback very welcome. Thanks guys!
