Well I have no knife to hand but........

the fault in the reasoning occurs if there has been any deception....

was the valuation paid for by the borrower but arranged and controlled by the lender fair and reasonable ??????

was the borrower misled?????

if so equity demands?????

Not entirely clear cut I feel.

Regards

Norman

Norman,

How wonderful it would be if the interpretation of the law (anywhere) was as straightforward and logical as you would wish.

Unfortunately it is not.

John,

I like Ads plus live in hope........but having watched Inside Job and now the Barclays crook plus political friends my hope is dying with what seems like a thousand cuts........the Met and the newspaper tricks didn't help either.

Regards

Norman

Are your properties being repossessed by the Bank?

After recent Court decission by the European Court, possibilities to oppose an enforcement procedure if the anticipated maturity clause was included in your Notary deeds are much higher

Also, depending on value given to the property for auctions, a settlement with the Bank is possible. There are also other abusive clauses playing now much in your favour if a repossession is started
