I'm going to be attending the Cristina Heeren flamenco foundation (Av. de Jerez, Seville) flamenco guitar course from October 2011 through to June 2012, and I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bed apartment either in Seville centre, or within 20 mins commute.
I'd like to move in September sometime to get myself sorted before the course starts. I'm not sure of the exact date yet.. probably mid Sept.
I'm english, 43, work as an IT contractor, no party animal, don't smoke, no animals, and will look after the place.
