even the human rights commitee in the european parliment say that spain signed the human rights deal.and the human rights say that any home without mains water connected in any european country is breaking the human rights agreement..so not only does spain lawyers are breaking the spanish european laws but the human rights as well.,every MEP.in the european parliment in every country is on our side all fighting for all homes with a signed and stamped property deeds must be fully legal..so all your readers please write to you MEP in the european parliment you will find them easily.and back them up with this the spainish goverment has to see sense,please write.more the better ,
