Aifos owners face prison (Again) ?

Interesting as this is the same development - Haciienda Marina as we handed over a deposit on

a never built aparment.

Why do i have a funny feeling that the prison years will only add up to hundreds once all of the court cases have been finalised! So many people in the exact situation with the dozens of developments that Aifos has built!

The unfortunate thing in this matter is that some people will never see their money back as there is no way on earth that Aifos or the administrators will be able to refund the thousand of affected!

On top of that most people living in the developments that were completed by these people are suffering now as well as theur build work left very much to desire! So many developments are collapsing from damp problems or crumbling to bits! There were very few that were constructed properly.
