Hi, my partner has been off work for 4 weeks, while she receives physio treatment for a chronic muscle condition.
She has a contracted position. Every time she has received the baja paper from her social security doctor each week she has taken a copy into her boss at work. Is she expected to do anything else with her copy of the paper, or will work arrange to pay her as normal?
Also, will she receive 100% of her normal pay while off or less?
