Bank guarantees

Any of you guys involved in the Almanzora country club, involving Huma. Who have now conveniently moved to province of Granada. We are in the proceeds of a civil case against them, just sacked previous lawyer, case has been with the courts for 2 1/2 years, right fiasco....any one succeeded in a full refund plus any interest ?Has anyone set up a pressure group for Almanzora CC ? If so we'd love to know where you're at, any info from fellow victims would be appreciated, can we sign up ?

Does anyone have any views as to whether the new Spanish Government will encourage the banks into settling outstanding actions in order to attract new investment to improve the economic outlook for Spain or will it simply wash its hands of the situation to concentrate on other areas of the economy??

The problem I have with this is the 'black hole' that is the property debt alone in this country, in excess of €100 billion, is probably as much ,if not more than their national debt, what chance do we have, the thousands of people who have invested  and seen their money disapear into the ' black hole' of ever recovering their monies, knowing that Spains debt would probably double ?do we think the new government care......erm ?
