I and my neighbour was assulted by a third one in March 2009. We reported to the Guardia Civil and vaited...and vaited.. and waited.
After two years we were called to the Juridico and the Coroner. Both rewrited the documents from Guardia and Salud. Then we were called to the court and had a lawer. (we were actually called 2 times as the bogyman did not turn up the firdt time).
Guess what happened?
The Judge informed us, that more than as two years had passed, so he could no have any trial. He said it was because of a new law; the trial must be within six months!!!
