Buying in centro historico Malaga

 I am really interested in a property in centro historico Malaga.

Are there any special requirements/problems associated with renovating older properties?

 I would think your best bet with this would be to ask at the local town hall.  I'm sure there will be certain restrictions and norms to adhere to and they should be able to advise you there.

You will buy a business property very easily as these days there are different websites which will give a bunch of profitable buyers. When we buy a property or a business online then it will consume very less time.
