I am not a property management company I own all the Apartment's I have to let so I would be in charge of all the aspects of the buisness, including the pick up the airport and there will be a inclusive price for all the service I haven decided yet what the price will be yet..............

If your overarching goal is to be occupied (and its not about £), what about undertaking some voluntary work? One of my neighbours in Spain does just this - she helps at a dog rescue centre, and has a stall at local markets (to raise money for the dog rescue) ... very rewarding plus its a way of improving her Spanish, meeting new people etc etc ....
