Internet and lines for everyone no matter where you are

I have waited 12 years for a phone line and given up hope of internet as I live in the Campo. But recently saw an advert for satelitte under Government funding , applied and got it 14 days later. All installed free , costs me 25 euros for internet and 9E for my line horray ! every1connect is what they are called , very helpful

I may be wrong but I'd be very surprised if it has anything to do with the government.
For a start the website is in English.

Many companies offer free installation of their hardware if you are paying by direct debit.
It's like getting a "free" mobile phone when you go on contract.

They probably use Tooway's System but charge a higher monthly fee than Tooway.

No it is not Tooway or Avantis , yes it is funded I did not say the website was owned by the Government, the people there sorted out everything for me as they are agents able to do this  and also offer Talk Talk products for normal lines.
