Water boletin change of name

Hello, can anyone help I need to change the name on the water bill do I need a new boletin for this i have water and has not been cut off.

Yes,you do need a Boletin. I hope you have separate Water Meters on your Urbanization.

Although this is my personal experience,it may not apply to somebody else.I got a Boletin in 2008 after having a Non-Return Valve and a Larger Water Meter Installed.I am living in an Urbanization of 363 Properties and changing over from my Dad's Name to my name. Aparently a new Contract has to be issued. To this very day the account is in my Dad's Name. The Lady Notary who handled my  Late Parents Estate is stil battling with Aguagest to change over a few other Bills in our Urbanization including my own. Aguagest keeps on moving the goal posts. Most frustrating ,I can tell you.Somebody told me these Boletins are valid for 20 Years,is this true. I do not know.
