Hi Angie - we have an Iceland supermarket in Torrevieja which stocks lots of spices. There is also an excellent Indian shop next to the bus station in Torrevieja and I think it is open 24 hrs a day! Very unusual here.
The health food shops also sell some of the more unusual spices, so don't overload the car!
