Professional cyclist looking for winter accommodation

I am a professional cyclist and I am looking for a house/flat to rent/house sit over winter, preferably near Denia, Barcelona, Tenerife or Majorca.

Does anyone know anyone that would prefer someone in there house over winter rather than it being empty.

Or somewhere with low long term rent? Somewhere I can start looking?
