Claiming off Staysure Travel Insurance

Hi
Has anyone had any problem with Staysure Travel Insurance regarding making a claim. I telephoned them and was promised a callback within 24 hours. 1 week later I managed to fill out a request on-line to get a claim form! Response was 'we will contact you within 72 hours', still nothing. When phoning was told all lines are busy at the moment try later. This is JUNE not August when I expect them to be busy!
Anyone with any better service?
