Looking for a good trustworthy legal firm in Los Alcazares in Murcia
The Comments |
Hello we are purchasing our first property in Spain in Los Alcazares and I have been in contact with 4 firms and wondered if anyone could let me know if they have had any dealings with any of these and wish you would recommend.
SG International Legal&Tax Services
Imont Legal
Fuster Associates
AP Legal Services
Look forward to receiving your feedback on these.
thanks

morning spogger,
we bought last year and used Mare Nostrum.
if you speak to either Eugenio or Anna you will be well looked after.
from our experiance we found that they both had a get up and go attitude and they were a pleasure to deal with.
they guided us through the whole proccess including setting up a meeting with the bank to get an account sorted so all we had to do was sign some paperwork .
you can contact them on 0034 968 137374
jeff
hope this helps

Hi,
I used Imont Legal Services for the purchase of my property and they were very helpful. Communication was excellent and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I've used Imont for several properties I bought in and around Los Alcazares, I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks everyone, I have narrowed it down to Imont and SG International and SG international is more reasonable by 800 euros! So will contact them both again and then make a decision. I really appreciate your help as you hear so many horror stories and it is nice to get real feedback from actual clients.

Sorry another question:
Is it OK to trust Solicitors with Power of Attorney to save me a trip over or it is safer and better to be there to finalise everything?
Again seen some horror forums!! So any reassurance or guidance very much appreciated.
thanks again.

In my experience, a solicitor will ask your approval before signing the deed, even with power of attorney, at least my solicitor (Imont) does so every time.
