Embedding a Youtube videos using iPad

I have been using embed codes on YouTube videos for years. Recently I started using an iPad. Although I managed to get the embed codes for a few of my friends videos which I post for her in a blog on EOS .. using my iPad .. I suddenly can't access these codes for new videos. Actually, the embed codes aren't there now for those videos I had them for previously. I go to the Desktop version of YouTube where I used to be able to click 'share' then 'embed' but then all it does is flash, the codes doesn't come up as before, nor the choice of sizes. Is it just me? I use Fb App as well as Safari.

Have you tried the Puffin browser,designed for IPad/IPhone. Works on utube OK.free to download
