NEW SPANISH DEVELOPMENTS
Under the new Abusive Contract Terms Regulations, it is stated that the Developer must hand over a property in a liveable condition.
Can anyone confirm that this means with water and electric connected? You can live without a telephone line, but a water supply and electricity are a must, so has the Developer now to pay the cost for connection of water electric etc.before he can hand it over?

Good joke there Rapp!
Sounds like you are onto something but buyers of offplans will still have to pay for the supply to be connected!
Good luck with enforcing it though and if you do, please share your experience with us on EOS
