exchanging driving licences

Hi, My licence expires in a few months so I need to exchange my uk licence for a spanish one.
I am aware that a medical cert must be obtained but there seems to be conflicting info as to the other docs needed.
I am in the malaga trafico area so would anyone who has attended there recently please let me know what docs they were required to produce and those requiring copies. thanks very much.
