Sold up and still waiting for 3% Retention Tax

Hi has anybody sold up in Murcia in the last 2 years and had the 3% money paid back, i used the Notary office in Los Alcazares i sold up 2 years ago last week.

You need to expressly claim for this return and you have a 4 YEARS DEADLINE to do so
