Just find it odd UK heard about this new law first. But if true certainly takes a little pressure off those with homes under threat.

For the sake of transparency, could someone from AUAN please provide an update on this news to identify the realities from owners perspective of the actual impact associated with this latest ruling, how it realistically benefits innocent owners, how realistic is the likelihood of receipt of compensation, when will actual compensation be received, what are the realities associated with making those responsible truly accountable, and does this ruling act as effective disincentive to combat future corruption of this nature?
The fact this has taken 10 years is testament to the resolve of the campaigning group. I'm sure many will wish them well and send our sincerest regards.
