Mature couple,non-smokers, seek furnished winter let in Southern Spain from end october- mid december.
Wi-fi availability,heating and satellite tv essential,1 or more bedrooms.
Area anywhere between Valencia and Gibraltar.

ensure that any rental you take on is registered with a touristica licence and approriate landlord letting insurances etc
Remember if you wanted a winter let in UK would you make similar checks etc.
Barcelona and the Baelarics recently had a big clampdow on illegal proeprty lets and contacted 25,000 holiday home owners on holiday letting sites I think anb website were
other regions will follow
A simple web search wil give you the details of the clampdown
