Hi i am looking for information about working in Spain i am on contract for 20 hours this ended in November

however i am still working there but with no contract when i asked about the contract i was told it was starting again

in December i need to know where i stand and am i entitled to any holiday pay i have been there 3 months

and if i get another contract for  20 hours and they only put me in to work for 18 hours where do i stand

He might tell you what your terms and conditions are! He certainly won't tell you what they SHOULD BE  - Go and see a Gestor who specialises in employment law, Shouldn't cost a lot, 40€ ish
