Hi gems,
Almoradi is a very busy, traditional spanish working town.
The prices for property are usually a little cheaper there as you are further back from the coast.
A 15 min drive will takke you to the beach(Guardamar).
Loads and loads of shops bars and restaurants and one of the nicest church squares in the area.
I went to Almoradi at Easter to watch them carry the saint from the church, great experience if you get the chance.
Lots of nice little villages in the surrounding areas if you want to immerse yourself in the Spanish culture.
Great Fiesta.
Hospital, schools, dentist's and a good choice if you like everything on your doorstep.
If you want to let me know what development you are thinking of then i can give you my opinion on the builder as well.
Hope this Helps
Regards
Georgia
