How do we get 'approved' to be able to post links in forum posts?

More often than not people do use the "link" function when replying/composing. There is a chain symbol on the top box third along next to a smiley face. Click on that and insert a link.

Hi, yup i clicked on the chain icon and put in the URL but I got an error saying my account needed to bE approved before I could put any links in my posts...

You can't post links until you have posted a certain amount of posts, can't remember off-hand how many it is, but it is one of the many spam prevention functionalities on EOS.
