We are Lorenzo 48 Caroliene 46 and litle Cassidy nearly 4.
we are a family who want to move to Spain and want to begin with a long term lease
i am on a disability pension because of a work related accident i can walk and do some things butt not a lot
on our vacations to spain I noticed that i can do more things than i could living in the Netherlands
After the firts week i even could do less of my medication so why not move to Spain
we are now looking for a rental in the area of Alicante north to south no more than 100 kilometres and inland no more than 50 kilometres it doesn't have to be near or on the beach and it doesn't have to be in a city
What we doe need is about 100 square meters or more it has to be 3 bedrooms it does not have to be furnished butt it could be a plus iff it is price per calendar month around the 450 € max
The lease has to be fully and not a holiday home so 12 months per calendar year for more years to come
