I am in dispute over the amount of community fee that I am paying and have been advised to consult a lawyer. Thanks Nigel but what I'm really looking for is an independent opinion from someone that has entrusted him with a problem. I've already had one bad experience a couple of years ago with a lawyer in Chipiona and I'm not looking for another bad experience. The neighbour who recommended him to me has not actually dealt with him!!

Anyway, thanks again for responding. I'll wait and see what happens. Hopefully more people will reply.
