SELLING OFF PLAN IN SAN CAYETANO BEFORE COMPLETION, CAN THAT BE DONE

I bought an off-plan in San Cayetano, costa calida, one of the larger town houses. Due to my child taking his GCSEs next year, I am not ready to move yet? I am looking to sell my off-plan which is due for completionj in March 2008 or earlier as it is nearly finished building. I was advised that I can't the contract only key ready houses. Is this true because I was told diferent when I bought the off plan? Please advice.

It really depends what is stated in your contract. Some developers do stipulate that you cannot sell the contract on to someone else. If that is the case with yours then you will have to complete on it and then try and sell it, at which point the price will have to be higher as you will have paid all the purchase costs.
