Hi, forgive me if this thread has already been started. Switched on "filmon" as usual to find that after a couple of minutes a list of subscriptions appeared. Filmon`s site is still showing "free" tv but I am not sure thats right..A quick look on Google says no more free filmon as from today. Has anyone else had this problem. Should Filmon now be charging I am  looking at alternatives. Provided one has a vpn there are apps that can be downloaded to an android tv box using a uk server. Has anyone else done the same as I would be very interested. thanks nic

Still free in the UK. I did have problems with it the other week when in Spain. Every 10 minutes or so, the show was interrupted by local adverts, something it hasn't done before.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for that. May I ask you to check on Filmon as apparently the free service ended last night. Should it still be free in the uk a vpn seems the answer. Thanks Nic

All you have to do is register again and you will get a free service for six months .Or you can pay the subscription and get HD TV as well.

Hi not sure how you are watching TV ...If you are using a computer or a android box go on to Google apps and try other providers just put in expat TV and take your pick ....But unfortunately eventually you will have to pay ... After the free trial period that usually last approximately six month's ....It does help if you have a UK registered internet address .

You can still record (up to one hour) and playback free on Filmon

It appears to have gone pay in the UK now too. Grab a "fully loaded" Android box for about £25 and you can get most channels.
