Fire regulations for communal garages
The Comments |
I have been told that new regulations are coming into force this year regarding fire/carbon monoxide detection in communal garages. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out exactly what they are now and what they are changing to,

Hi Mariadecastro,
I know there is a difference between public garages and communal garages but was wondering more about smoke detection, break glass fire alarms and requirememnts for fire extingushers.
Hi Duncan,
I did think about the insurers but we have just given them the required two months notice to change so want to make sure we are completely legal to satisfy the next possible insurer.
