Hugh/Duncan,
You need go English comprehension classes because you haven't got a clue what you're saying!
Briando,
I can show you the emails and original agreements that i was sent. No negotiation was needed - i moved on to a better value and more open solicitor firm, they come highly recommended.
Cheers

Well all this goes to show how careful you have to be in life,,,,,!
As my grandfather used to say, believe nothing of what you read and only half of what you see.
Im happy with my experience with our present lawyers so far and unhappy with the previous ones, but we havnt got a penny back yet.
you lot be very careful !

Hi Joyyo and Tommy2
Thats great news for you both - can i ask what developments you had bought in ?
Also If you dont mind me asking - what fees did you pay for Guadalupe up front, if any, to take your case and what % of your complete claim do you get back ? ie did you get your full deposit back.

Hi Ollie
We paid 600 euros up front because we were part of a class action (8 at one time) and yes we got our full deposit minus costs (25% of total refund). Interest expected next week and costs are to be appealled in Madrid. The banks love to appeal everything!
So by the time we receive interest and costs, we'll be better off.
Good Luck
