..... on the recent posts whereby cases against the banks have been lost because the purchaser has somehow been classed as an investor. Contrary to to the 'inalienable rights' stated in the Supreme Court ruling I read on Eye on Spain of two cases where the purchaser of a holiday home has lost their case.

Also,can you confirm that you have received my private message in regard to the three unanswered emails that I have recently sent to you?

Edited to say:My new Antivirus programme appears to be the culprit that prevented all emails sent from my regular email address from being sent. I found the emails in question had been held in the 'Outbox' of that address and, without the skill to address the problem, I am now using an alternative address from which to send emails.

My apologies to Maria and Costaluz lawyers if it appeared they were somehow at fault.
