I have been out of the office for some days
There is a Notary processs ( no Court involved) to have your ownership rights publicly documented and registered at the Land Registry. Your solicitor must know about this.
For the water contract problem:private contract and the Court documents you have mentioned should be sufficient for the water company . Community of owners, other utilities payments add too.
