Patronato De Recaudacion Provincial.

I own a property (apartment) in Duquesa Village Manilva, can someone please tell me when the Patronato De Recaudacion Provincial (Council Tax) will be due for payment this year, I have a DD setup but need to fund the account.

The Patronato is the entity that collect all local taxes.  I am assuming that as a property owner, you are referring to the IBI tax.  For this year, this is payable from July 1, 2019 through September 13, 2019.  If you have set up a DD, the Patronato will send the charge to your bank some time between those two dates.
