Don't worry Zane, contact Justin or one of the EOS Team by doing a search (click on above "search forums") & type in EOS Team into bottom box. When you see a post written by the EOS Team click on the blue "send private message to EOS Team" & ask that way. I'm sure there are easier ways, I just know that one.

As for me knowing you, you came to our house just over a year ago to check out a problem we thought we had with some other company's aircon unit. (They'd gone out of business.) It was a case of they'd not put a big enough unit in our massive open plan lounge-dining area with open staircase. Unit was working ok actually. You offered us various options. Our friends Chris & Lynn Hatherall gave us your details as you'd done their units & some of their friends on Dona Pepa 2. We are non residents & decided against having the best unit as we're not there much. You do install top quality units but with them comes a price. Had we been resident we'd have had yours.
