New buyer location advice

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum, 

we are looking to buy a 3 bed property, that is within walking distance to bars/restaurants around playa flamenca,la Florida, punta prima or if anyone knows any other good areas? We have a young family so a good mix of night time entertainment would be good

I think you have got the area's covered that you mentioned as being close to the beech and shops and night life ... these area's are highly desirable by holiday makers and day trippers and you will pay through the nose for a 3 bed Villa ..I have a 2 bed quad Villa on a gated community in Los Balcones around 1 klm from your choice of location ..Los Balcones is also a desirable residential area ...it's located half a klm from the beach ..you will pick a 3 bed villa up for half the price of the area's you mentioned...in Los Balcones and you won't get bothered by the beer belly Bills and lielo Lills  drunks and loud music in the high season...this is something you should bare in mind .

location is by far the most important factor for us as we do like to eat out at night. We would like a place with a communal pool as well and will look in to los balcones.
