Can anyone tell me what a 'Notary' does in Spain?
is this a property solicitor who signs all the paperwork? If we have a parking space dispute - can we contact them as they have stamped all our paperwork?
Can anyone recommend a property solicitor who we can get advice from regarding a parking space dispute?
thanks in advance

Is the parking place in a community? If so, perhaps the community administrator would be a good starting point, before incurring costly legal fees.

Good morning.
Look at the deeds for your property. It will state on that whether you have a parking space and the number of the space. Also, look at any previous AGM's. They will show who has paid their community fees for your community. It also will state your apartment number and parking space number if you have one. As someone else has also said you can approach your administration company and/or the president of your community. The notary is a government office that officially signs your deeds or any other official documents so you would not approach them. (only for copies) You should be able to find the information you require from above. Good luck.
