So it's happened. Monthly payment has gone up. Not a huge amount this time, but it is the beginning of a slippery slope.

There are mainly two scenarios. The first one is the hike one, by which what is happening continues to happen, that is, rates hike at fast paces and well... stop a bit the property market turnover hence a basis of the Spanish economy. The second one is basically the one by which the ECB goes back to lower rates given the big electricity-driven crisis that may take place in the coming months.
All in all, both scenarios look pretty bad.
