Hi all
Just a quiery noticed as we intend to buy next year in Andalusia a property ..why are the m3 Li sted?
is this for council tax I e per s square m eter?
balcony sizes also listed ?any ideas on tax dreadfully welcomed ..Frank and Katherine

Or maybe so you can see how big it is? UK tends to use Square feet but on Le Contingnon then cubic metres is used.
Yes, the size will determine your council tax (which also includes outside space) but generally this is just shown for information. All town halls have varying charges for the council tax applied.
