We are thinking about moving back to Sabinillas from the UK. We are finding it really hard to find rental properties through the traditional estate agencies...
A year or so ago, there would have been 200+ properties to view, today we have found 13! Why are there so few? Have the laws changed around rental/owners/taxes? Has the rental market dried up? Are there so many people that there is no availability???
If anyone knows of an agency, please let us know. We are looking for a 2 bed house/apartment with a communal pool walkable to the port/town. Casares costa is as far as we want to go one way, aldea hills the other.
