Is this a very large urbanisation where it might be difficult to sell since each property is similar to so many others on the estate.I appreciate there will be size differences but many of the photos show identical yellow facades and I get the impression it's a huge (souless ?) complex.Selling in a smaller complex is perhaps not such an issue.
There seems to be a bit of a bun fight for some over the installation of water meters, lack of lighting,small crime incidents although I read that the Police were now patrolling more regularly.

makes CB a paradise when compared to London.
Some residents have also erected canopies without permission and I believe that habitation certificates will not be issued until these items are removed.
