Hello Again, I thought i would add another note to say to all who are having problems regarding claiming their money back. keep asking others for advice on this forum eveyone iv'e contacted has always been quick to respond and they have been so helpfull, we have been trying for the last 6 months to get our money back but with the extra advice from others we moved forward at such a rapid pace when you know how to act and what to ask for!!!! good luck to all and again my thanks
