Boards showing new last posts, but then .....???

Hi Justin! Yes, another request!!
Is it possible that any post that has been removed due to non-conformance with forum policy can NOT be shown as the "last post" on any discussion thread? It is really frustrating when you click on a particular discussion, thinking there is a new post in there somewhere, only to find that it was removed due to advertising, etc. Personally, I don't usually bother with the "latest posts" or "latest updated threads" and just head for those threads I'm interested in, so when I see a new post and then discover it was just a "carrot" it bugs a little!!
